Skatter Extension Missing SU2019 Mac

SketchUp version : 2019
Skatter version (Skatter dialog > Options > About) : 1.4.1 and 1.4.7
OS : OSX High Sierra
Description of the issue : Skatter is missing from my v2019. After either installing or re-installing, it still does not show up. It does show up in SU v2018 though. Not sure what to do to get it to show up and it is not an RBZ but an installer package. First time ever with install problem.
Are you able to reproduce the issue every time? (If yes, how?) : Yes
Error in Ruby Console? (Window > Ruby Console) : NA

FYI - it does show up in my Application Support folder under SketchUp 2019.

Can you go to the Extensions Manager in SketchUp, and see if it appears?

It works in SketchUp 2018?

What happens if you copy the files from the SU2018 folder to SU2019 (paste over the existing files)

Are the two other extensions in that folder (Laubwerk and V-Ray) loaded properly?
