On attempting to activate Transmutr, I’m getting the error: 6724, and that’s as far as I can get in the app so far. I checked that I do have internet connectivity via Edge browser. Ideas?
Are you running Transmutr in a Virtual Machine?
I modified your license to allow it to run in a VM, please try again.
Thanks, that fixed it for me. Yes, I’m running it on Win 10, running inside VMWare Fusion on MacBook Pro.
After your change, activation now worked, and my first model conversation from FBX worked as expected.
