Are you able to reproduce the issue every time? (If yes, how?) : Yes.
Update Surface(s)
An update of a surface (or curve (rename the button?)) needs a regeneration but the (re)Generate button dosn´t light up (and can´t be clicked ;-)) . The workaround is again to change a grid value (but this time I really have to change it to a new value not just change and change back) and then press (re)Generate.
