3D Bazaar cannot be opened

I have Sketchup 21.0.339 + Skatter 2.1.7 (Trial) and 3D Bazaar 1.0.0-beta4.
When I try to load models by clicking the 3D Bazaar icon, I receive an error message: “The3D Bazaar cannot be opened. Please contact support at [email protected]”

Is it from the Skatter toolbar? Can you also try from the 3D Bazaar dedicated toolbar?
Or from the menu Extensions > 3D Bazaar
