We had a few repors from users having the same issue but we still haven’t found the root cause yet.
It might be related to some network settings but it has not been confirmed yet, unfortunately.
Are you working i na corporate environment with restrictive network settings?
I’m experiencing the same issue. My network settings are standard and there’s no problem with my connection, im not working in a corporate environment with restrictive network settingsbut I still can’t use the RoomBox library.
Does it happen with all rooms or just some of them?
