Any chance that the default style that Transmutr saves the SKP file can be a fast style? It appears that the style used is not and uses profiles. This tends to slow SketchUp down when opening these files.
Not a huge issue, but I just thought of it as a suggestion.

We are already disabling profiles when creating the SKP.
Interesting. I must be mistaken. I opened a new Transmutr file and it does seem to be using a Fast Style. Apologies on that!
Maybe you imported it in a model with profiles enabled?
