During a typical transaction, the checkout window opens with nothing in it

During a typical transaction, the checkout window opens with nothing in it.
Despite waiting several minutes, the checkout window remains empty.
As it stands now, a complete, successful transaction is not possible.
I will add that it IS possible to select FREE items,
download them and import them into SketchUp.

Thanks for the bug report.

We have another user reporting a similar issue on Mac, we’ll investigate it.
Unfortunately we do not encounter this issue ourselves on our own Mac so it might take some time to understand what goes wrong.

In the meantime, it should be possible to use the web version of 3D Bazaar to purchase assets. They will then show up in the extension too.
