Error on activating license

SketchUp version : 2021
Skatter version (Skatter dialog > Options > About) : skatter_2.1.3
OS : Windows 10
Description of the issue : Basically when i enter the license key and click on activate, an error ocurr(13225)
Are you able to reproduce the issue every time? (If yes, how?) :
Error in Ruby Console? (Window > Ruby Console) : error 13225

Can you check if the time on your computer is properly setup? (the licensing system requires it to work)
