Error when generating....

Skatter version (Skatter dialog > Options > About) : Version : 1.4.13
**OS :**Win1064
**Description of the issue :**Error message skatter error (skatter 1): The component Definition ‘skatter medium_grass_01_small_proxy’ has been erased from the model
Are you able to reproduce the issue every time? (If yes, how?) :
Error in Ruby Console? (Window > Ruby Console) : None

Whenever I add Grass from the library and use proxy i get this error when trying to generate after i select the host component. When i select full geo and render only this does not happen.

Nevermind, im running Vray 4.2… didnt see the post about proxies…

Major issue with V-Ray Next Update 2.2 (4.20.03)

V-Ray Next Update 2.2 (4.20.03) released on August 5th introduced a major conflict with the Skatter Library. When this version of V-Ray is installed, you will not be able to load proxies from the Skatter Library. We have reported the issue to Chaos Group and are waiting for a fix. Has this issue been resolved? I would like to update to V-Ray 5 with SketchUp 2020 but I don’t want to have to have problems with Skatter. Can you let me know please? Thank you!

Yes, the issue was resolved in V-Ray 5.

I’m sorry, I just realized that I cannot upgrade to VRay 5. Is it resolved in version 4.20.03?

No, 4.20.03 is the one causing issues.
You need to roll back to 4.20.02 : Major issue with V-Ray Next Update 2.2 (4.20.03)
