Having made the switch to SU23, I finally upgraded to V2 Skatter last night but I never received my license. I tried to register the account online to get the code but the activation email too went missing so i cant access my account. Repeated requests for the activation email did nothing to solve the issue. And I couldn’t go back to Skatter V1 because the project was being created in SU23 which is not compatible with V1.
I emailed you last night in the hope that you would come back to me today and we would not lose the whole weekend. I have been an active user and tester of your products for many years, Transmutr, Skatter and 3D Bazaar but this is incredibly frustrating.
