Yesterday I purchased the Transmutr Artist Annual license, I paid through paypal it says that an email will be sent to me … but I haven’t received any email and they debit my card.

Please check your spam folder (or any special folder like “Promotions”). E-mail services sometimes put the license email there.
If it’s not there, please send us an email to [email protected] and we’ll send it to you ourselves.
