.mtl files not importing with .obj

I was using Transmutr as a trial and the materials were importing but ever since I bought a license they are just importing as generic. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same issue. Anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong?

I think you send the email as a reply to the forum.
