Possible bug [Blank screen]

Hi,
I purchased the beta licence. Installed the first day on one PC, works fine all the time. Today I installed it on another machine but there is a problem. When I run it, it just opens a white window, I cannot enter a licence key or anything else. I’m using Sketchup pro, and the same happens if I run it from there. The 2 PC’ s are using the same internet connection. OS is Windows 10 Pro.

Please send us your log file to [email protected].
You can find it on your computer in C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Transmutr\transmutr.log.

That would be very helpful.
