Problems with 3D Bazaar

I cannot get basic free grasses to load into sketchup. I only get a download option, no import option
Also I keep getting error messages about a fetch folder and when I download a no extraction error.

Thirdly, Everytime I close 3D Bazaar it requiresme to login again.

What might I be doing wrong?

Could you tell us what the solution was in your case?

Our IT person found an article on the forum that discussed clearing the AppData/Roaming/3DBazaar folder. I did just that and it worked.
