I don’t know where is the problem, but when I trie to “render only” many trees it renders correctly, but when I trie to render the grass in the 3d Bazaar sudenly it doesn’t render. If you need any info ask me please.

Thank you

Hi @Chemafamo
I cannot reproduce this issue.

Which grass model is it?
Which renderer do you use?
Are you on Mac or Windows?

The grass model is Skatter tall grass.

I’m rendering whith the latest versin of Vray. 5.0.2.

Using a Windows

I can send you the model so you can work on the same file as me.

Also, when skatter crashes because of generating a huge amount of objects, aftter that it gets stucked and can’t generate any other composition, even thought it’s a simple one.

Thank you

That would be very helpful, thanks.

@Chemafamo
We received the file, thanks.

What’s strange is that the grass in your file does not render at first but if you delete the composition, and recreate it, then it works.

Does this work for you?

it still whithout working for me…

@Chemafamo Please send us your log file (located in C:/Users/USERNAME/AppData/Roaming/SkatterForSketchUp/SkatterForSketchUp.log).

Maybe it contains more details.

@Chemafamo We’re still trying to reproduce your bug but no success so far.

Does the bug still happen with the latest V-Ray 5.20.02?
