Skatter plugin present, but not responding

**SketchUp version : 2017
Skatter version (Skatter dialog > Options > About) : 1.4.1
**OS : Windows 7
**Description of the issue : Plugin visible, but none of the menu items yields a dialog box.
**Are you able to reproduce the issue every time? Yes. Merely launching SU
**Error in Ruby Console? No.

The license appears already activated because it indicates that I could only Deactivate. This user has a lot of other plugins.

Does anything appear in Ruby Console? (not just errors, really anything)

Open the Ruby Console before trying to interact with Skatter, not after.
