Hello im new here, i use Skatter free demo version i got it some days ago. i am interesting how can i increase length of grass if it is possible ofcourse.

If you’re referring to the grass provided in Skatter’s library, there’s now way to tune its appearance at the moment. If you find another grass model with longer strands somewhere else, you can of course use it with Skatter too, but this specific variation is not available out-of-the-box.
We’re actually discussing a possible future feature for Skatter 2.0, in which we could let users customize a grass template (length, density, color…) but that’s only an idea at the moment 
You can fake it by stretching the grass vertically to make it appear taller.
