thumbnails can not be loaded in the local library

SketchUp version : 2021 pro
Skatter version (Skatter dialog > Options > About) : 2.0.4
OS : Windows 10
Description of the issue : If chinese characters are included in the names or the path of Skatter compositions,the thumbnails of the .skatter files exported by the Compositions Manager can not be loaded in the local library .
Are you able to reproduce the issue every time? (If yes, how?) :every time
Error in Ruby Console? (Window > Ruby Console) :no

In update 2.1.1 & 2.1.2,the Skatter compositions with non-latin characters names can be exported and imported successfully now.But thumbnails still can not be loaded in 3D Bazaar.
