Transmutr not woking


Yesterday I reset my computer, before i reset my computer i deactive license Transmutr but now i can’t use it. Can you help me fix it ?



Did this happen:

  1. right after you deactivated the license?
  2. or after resetting your computer?

Please send us your log file located in C:\Users\Marjorie\AppData\Roaming\Transmutr\transmutr.log

Let’s try to replicate your environment so that we can try to reproduce the issue.

Go to the Windows Start Menu, then select Settings > System > About.
Then copy here everything under Windows specifications.

It should look like this (with different values):
